Model ZWAMPE BRUN by BÖKER MANUFAKTUR is a mushroom picking knife for cutting mushrooms just above the ground. The mushrooms can then be cleaned directly on site with a brush made from wild boar bristle. Curly birch as handle wood is a light-colored, slow-growing material from the Arctic Circle. Beautiful to look at and typically used for handles. The outdoor knife is stored in a sheath made of light-colored leather with puncture protection and a recess in the middle so that the brush does not have to be torn by its bristles. This can be attached to a belt or a basket. KARESUANDO is a town in northern Sweden, separated from Finland only by a river. Traditional knives have been made there in Lapland for over a hundred years for use in hunting, fishing and outdoor sports.
