Traditional and funky don't go together? Svörd Knives proves the opposite and presents the Peasant Knife, a practical everyday knife with a design based on classic, centuries-old farm knives. The knife is opened using a blade spur, an extension on the back of the blade that makes the knife easy to use. With this mechanism, also known as a friction folder, the blade spur disappears into the handle when the blade is open and is enclosed by the hand as counter pressure. When the knife is closed, the 15N20 carbon steel blade is simply folded back. The modern handle scales made of black polypropylene give it a secure grip.
